This site is published by KONTABLI, an administrative and financial consulting firm. For any question about your data, contact us using the details at the bottom of the page.
Data we collect
Contact form: name, email, phone, type of activity and message. Client area: name, business name, email, password (securely managed by our authentication provider), and the documents you upload to your cases.
Why we use it
Only to respond to your requests, manage your account, and process the cases you entrust to us (business plans, accounting, consulting). We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, given by checking the dedicated box when submitting a form or creating an account.
Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as needed to process your case, then archived or deleted upon request.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us directly. Your documents remain visible only to you and our team.
Hosting and security
Data and documents are hosted with Supabase, under strict access rules: each client only sees their own information and documents.
Cookies
This site only uses a technical cookie required to sign in to your client area. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
